Every day is a fight. Every day is a struggle and a battle that one has to fight not only with others but with self as well. Life has become full of struggles, and people are losing the ability to fight back. Mental exhaustion and overexertion of the body have made people more unhealthy than healthy. Not only physical, but people are losing their mental freshness as well. This is definitely not a good sign because if the mind does not feel fresh, then the body will feel tired, and if the body feels tired, then the mind will not feel fresh.

All of this exhaustion and tiredness affects hugely on the productivity of the person. This can happen in two ways. One is that the person is unable to achieve his/her targets at the office because he/she felt so tired and incapable that he/she just could not complete the task. The other way is that even if you do complete your task with putting more of yourself than you have, then the output will not be of good quality or will be wrong and then consequently, will get rejected by your boss and if not rejected, then it will definitely affect your image in the boss’s mind in a negative way.

Mental health needs to be fit

Mental health not only messes up with the output of your work, but it also becomes a major reason for your mood swings and a consistent bad mood. Even if something good is happening, you will tend to find the bad either in it or around it because that is how your mind is being trained by the tiredness and burden. You will not feel as happy as you should and will feel irritated, burdened and stressed almost all the time. This will create tension in your brain, and you will not be able to focus. The moment you lose your ability to focus, the quality of the productivity from your output will get compromised.

Physical health needs to be fit

Physical health not only messes up with the output of your work, but it also becomes a major reason for your bad health. Physical health if not kept in check, can lead to diseases and over-exertion of the body. Overexertion can lead to extreme tiredness wherein the person will is not able to walk properly. Along with that, if not eaten properly, then the body will lose the capability of even functioning well, leave alone over- exertion.

Take your health seriously

Not taking care of your physical health can grow diseases and sickness in your body. Obesity is one of the major diseases that happen due to the lack of healthy eating and exercising. A survey asked people why do they not exercise and most of them answered that they either do not get the time or come home really tired even when they have spent their whole day sitting in one place, facing the one screen. Obesity has caused to various deaths and becomes the hub of other diseases.
